Shipping and Delivery

At Dalilakkom Printing Press, we understand the importance of receiving your orders with high quality and on time. We work hard to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping and delivery process, whether within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or to GCC countries.

1. Production and Processing Times

After final approval of your order’s design, production typically takes between 2 to 7 business days. Please note that this time varies depending on the product type and order quantity. Some products may take less or, rarely, more time.

You can find the estimated production time for each product in the product description on our online store, or by inquiring directly via WhatsApp or by calling us. Currently, we do not offer an expedited production service.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

We work with all available shipping companies within Saudi Arabia and GCC countries to ensure your orders reach you.

• Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is calculated based on the size and weight of the shipment and the distance to its destination, according to the rates of the selected shipping company.
• Free Shipping:
  • Enjoy free shipping for orders exceeding 500 Saudi Riyals (SAR).
  • For customers in Riyadh and the Eastern Province, shipping is free for orders exceeding 200 Saudi Riyals (SAR).

3. In-Store Pickup (Pick-Up)

We welcome customers who prefer to pick up their orders directly from our printing press location.

• Pickup Hours: You can pick up your order during official working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.
• Note: Working hours may vary during special seasons and official holidays, so please confirm in advance.

4. Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipping)

Once your order has been produced and shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

• Within Riyadh: 24 hours.
• To other cities in Saudi Arabia: 1 to 2 business days (delivery to the shipping company’s office, not necessarily directly to the customer’s door).
• To GCC Countries: Shipping time may take up to 5 business days.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a shipping tracking number. You will receive the tracking number via email, text message, and/or through your account on our website, to facilitate tracking your shipment with the shipping company.

6. Shipping Areas

We provide shipping and delivery services to:

• All cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• GCC Countries (please note the customs fees section below).

7. Import Duties and Customs Fees (for GCC Shipments)

For shipments destined for GCC countries, please note that the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes that may be imposed by the receiving country’s authorities. Dalilakkom Printing Press does not bear responsibility for these fees, and we encourage you to check the import laws in your country.

8. Handling Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take utmost care in packaging our products, but in the event of any damage or loss to your shipment:

• In case of receiving a damaged shipment:
  • The customer must notify us immediately upon receipt (within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the order).
  • Please provide us with clear photos or videos of the damage at the time of receipt.
  • We will work with you to assess the damage and find a suitable solution, which may include reprinting or compensation, at our discretion and depending on the nature of the damage.
• In case of a lost shipment:
  • Please notify us if your shipment is not received within the estimated time frame.
  • We will undertake a review with the shipping company and investigate the matter. You will be informed of the actions taken (such as reshipment or refund) based on the investigation’s outcome.

9. Shipping Restrictions

There are no specific shipping restrictions regarding addresses (e.g., not shipping to PO boxes). We will ship to the address you provide, keeping in mind that some shipping companies may require pickup from their offices in remote cities as mentioned above.
