1. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products
Generally, all custom-printed and designed products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a printing or manufacturing defect, or an error in order fulfillment on the part of Dalilakkom Printing Press.

2. Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange only in the following cases:
Printing or Manufacturing Defects: Such as clearly incorrect colors, inaccurate cutting, or any technical defects that affect the final product’s quality.
Errors in Order by Dalilakkom Printing Press: If the printed product does not match the final design approved by you.
Product Damaged During Shipping: If the product arrives damaged due to the shipping process.

3. Return and Exchange Conditions
For your request to be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Notification within 7 Days: You must notify us of the defect or error within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.
Required Documentation: You must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage. Additionally, please provide us with the purchase invoice or the order number or mobile number associated with the order.
Product Condition: In case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, the product is not required to be completely unused. However, you must stop using the product immediately upon discovering the defect, and the reported damage or defect must be a result of the production or shipping process, not due to customer misuse. The product’s condition will be assessed to confirm that the reported defect is indeed a manufacturing defect or an error by Dalilakkom Printing Press.

4. Return and Exchange Process

Product Reprint: We will reprint your order with the correct specifications and reship it to you at no additional cost.
Refund: You may choose a full refund of the amount paid. The refund process will be completed within a maximum of 10 business days from the date of approval.
Store Credit: You can receive store credit equal to the order’s value to use for future purchases. Store credit will be added to your account within 1 business day.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns or Exchanges
If the return or exchange request is approved due to an error or defect on the part of Dalilakkom Printing Press (printing defect, order error, shipping damage), then the printing press will cover all shipping costs for returning the defective product and receiving the replacement or reprint.
